- ½ white onion diced
- ½ cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup golden raisins
- ½, cup raw walnuts
- 1 ½ TBS curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- Mix together yogurt and spices
- Combine all ingredients with the yogurt mixture
