It’s okay to be simple. It’s also okay to eat like your grandma. Yes, I’m referring to the cottage cheese, which by the way, super-duper high in protein! It’s true, even body builders eat it. Feeling a lot less like a granny now huh?

½ cup blueberries, or other desired berries
